PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

1.1. The competition is run in partnership with Endurance Zone ("the Promoter").

1.2. By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The competition is open to residents of UK aged 18 years or over.

2.2. Employees of the Promoter, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the competition are not eligible to participate.

2.3. One entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

3. How to Enter

3.1. The competition is free to enter.

3.2. Entries must be submitted via the online competition form

3.3. The closing date for entries is displayed within the competition information. Entries received after this date will not be considered.

4. The Prize

4.1. The prize for the competition is displayed within the competition information

4.2. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

4.3. In the event that the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection

5.1. The winner will be chosen at random using a random number generator.

5.2. The draw will take place within 14 days of the competition closing date.

5.3. The winner will be notified by email or telephone within 7 days of the draw.

5.4. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.

6. Data Protection

6.1. Personal data provided during the course of this competition will only be used for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be used for any other marketing purposes.

6.2. The Promoter will not share your data with any third parties.

7. General

7.1. The Promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.2. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside the Promoter’s control.

7.3. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

7.4. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UK
